Still not feeling pregnant!

I'm 11w2d and have hardly any symptoms. I've had the occasional neaseous moment and tender breast but otherwise I just don't feel pregnant. I'm not complaining about this so please don't think I'm moaning as in sure some people who have terrible sickness would love to be in my shoes lol, however in just petrified about going for my 12w scan next week and discovering I've had a mmc. This happened to my sister as she webt for her scan at 12w5d and baby had stopped growning at 9w1d. I know it doesn't necessarily mean its going to happen to me but I just feel extremely anxious and terrified of the same thing happening. I miscarried last year so DH seems to think I'm just being paranoid but I just cannot relax.
