Vegas at 6-7 weeks post partum, am I nuts?!?!

So one of my best friends is getting married - just set the date in Vegas for 09/21.  I am having an RCS, so I have some flexibility with my delivery date (due date is 08/11 - will likely do RCS on the 7th-9th since the 11th is a Sunday).  This is my second and I recovered beautifully with DD.  So on the plan it will be DD (age 3 yr 2 mos then), myself, DH and new baby. 

My sister lives in Phoenix and she and my niece (13 yrs old) agree to fly over to meet us in Vegas and help me out with the kids.  Am I crazy - can I do this?!?!
