A lot of my friends who are having children are telling the world when they are only 4 or 6 weeks along. My husband and I agreed to take the more traditional route and wait until we have heard a heart beat around 12 weeks, My Dr doesn't like to listen before then because it causes stress if they can't find it. I had an appointment yesterday at 10 weeks 2 days, and they scheduled my next appointment for a month from now! Making me 14 weeks before we hear the heartbeat, so my question is, would it be a good idea to tell people before we hear the heartbeat, why not now then, or should we wait. I think my husband may explode if we have to wait another month to tell.
