I feel like I'm eating too much sugar. I try to get juice in every morning and yogurt in at least once a day (currently, the only kind i can tolerate is the danactive drinks). I've also been eating more bread than I normally do since I'm only now slowly able to incorporate fresh veggies back into my diet. I've also had cravins like once a day for a dessert which is so bad. And I'm refusing to use any artificial sweetners. M y poor LO is probably having a diabetic seizure in there. How do you all curb your sweet tooth?
I miss when I was having food aversions towards chocolate. it was a lot easier then.
