Pregnancy and Swimsuits

I'm wondering what everyone's opinion on appropriate swimwear is. I have a beach vacation coming up and while I have a VERY large belly and have faded stretch marks from my first pregnancy, I'm still considering busting out the bikinis for this trip.

I don't have the budget to invest in a bunch of maternity suits, I honestly don't find many of them flattering for my particular body type (I need support for my large boobs but I have a small rib cage so this can be hard to find in a tankini or one-piece), but I don't want to stick out like a sore thumb and essentially offend people with my hugeness.

Where do you stand on this? What would you find acceptable to wear when 9 months pregnant? Also, does anyone know whether or not tanning would make my stretch marks harder to see?
