Poop question

I'm getting conflicting answers from my baby's pediatrician and the lactation consultant at the hospital.  My baby is 6 days old today and has pooped 3 times since birth, her last time was Saturday.  The lactation consultant is saying that it's a "huge red flag" but the pediatrician isn't concerned - he says he's seen breastfed babies go days between poops because breastmilk is so digestible.

So my question is - what was your experience in the first couple days/weeks of your baby's lives?  And if it's a concern, any ideas on how to help her to poop?
