Abnormal NT scan results?

We did our NT scan and bloodwork at 12w1d last week and dr called with results yesterday. Apparently the fluid there and the blood test showed a jump from 1 in 500 to 1 in 62 risk of genetic abnormality. We have zero family history of these things and are still pretty young, so this news threw me pretty hard.
We haven't been able to talk more with the genetic prenatal specialist yet because they don't have the records yet.

Anyone here been through this? Have you needed additional screenings? We're not sure we even want to go invasive at all because of the risk, so I don't know if we still have options for a more detailed ultrasound or what. By friday this week I'll still only be like 13w4d. I know that things are probably fine and the scans show increased risks all the time when things are fine, but it is still freaking me out.
