Sudafed PE...
Or any other way to relieve massive sinus pressure... I've tried steam, massage, saline spray, vicks vapo rub, and DH is on his way to get apple cider vinegar. I am getting desperate to be able to breathe out of my left nostril, and it's uncomfortable after advil.
So has anyone taken just one sudafed and had their milk supply not suffer? I wonder if just one will break this cycle and help clear things out...
