Bringing baby home- must have items???

February 2013 in 3rd Trimester

My Mom and MIL and throwing me a shower AFTER the baby is born (not my first choice but I'm good with it). I've registered for everything I'll need but want to know what items are truly necessary for the first month at home with baby and what items I will be able to hold off on until after my shower. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks
