Update to BRU registry question vent

Soooo I called BRU, and I don't know if they really couldn't tell me who sent me the car seat or if they were just being lazy, but I got nowhere! I felt like all they did was pull up my registry and look at it while I sat on hold listening to the TRU theme song a thousand times! MIL said she's going to have FIL call; he has a gift for harassing people until he gets his way LOL. If that fails, I guess I'll have to make a FB post or something.

Hopefully this will be the only problem I have with the registry...
