I made the Major Milk Makin Lactation Cookies that I have read about on here and i have definitely noticed a difference in my supply. I usually get an average of 4oz during a double pump session and today I was getting 6oz a session. I was also surprised at how good the cookies are, it is a great excuse to eat cookies :
