When does it stop?!

Granted, I am still early on in this pregnancy, but I am still compulsively feeling like I need to check to see if I am spotting.  Partly bc i still cant belive i am actually pregnant and partly bc I spotted several times with my first pregnancy, but I have not had anything this time at all.  I feel so paranoid!  When did you finally feel like you could relax about your pregnancy?  I think for me it won't be until after I hear a heartbeat at my 10 week appointment...
