Super fussy nursing today

Last night DD2 woke up extra to nurse, and then spent the last half of the night grunting really hard which would make her wake up crying. Today she is still wanting to nurse more but halfway through when we stop to burp, I try to put her back on and she just cries and cries for 5 minutes and won't latch. She then either settles and eats more or is just done. Any ideas? I have overactive letdown but we've got it well managed, Im using gas drops and working hard to burp her. Is this just a gassy baby(no poop since yesterday), maybe reflux issues, or is something about my milk bothering her? Also maybe just a growth spurt thing( she is 6 weeks)? I just can't figure out why she is getting so upset and fighting her feedings- and if it is related to last night's grunting/crying.
