So got the call this morning that I failed my 1 hour. They want your reading to be at 140 or below and mine was 143. So it wasn't a horrible fail, but nonetheless...
I go back Thursday for the three-hour. Any advice, tips, etc.? I honestly haven't been eating many sweets, but I do love me some carbs. And I haven't been working out like I should. SO I guess I'll start trying to do my workout video again (even though with this bump I have no clue how). Any other suggestions?
