When will my nips adjust?

We are almost a month in and my nips are still super sensitive. We are still trying to perfect his latch. He does ok but I have to relatch him at least a few times a day. When will my nips adjust so that they're not so tender?

I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him. 1Samuel 1:27
