Past due date dr appt

I am 40 weeks 1 day today. Does anyone have any idea if the doctor will do an us or run any new tests today or will it just be the normal 5 second check up? Obviously I should have thought to ask this to my dr but I didn't think for some reason I would make it to this appt and now we are trying to decide if my husband should skip a meeting at work to come with me this morninng or not. I don't think there's a point if it's just going to be a normal 4 minute appt. I know every dr can be different but just wondering what your experience was. Thanks!
