Cramping issues = overactive brain :(

So I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant after our 2nd IUI cycle and for about the past 3-4 days I've had what feels like period cramps, like I'm about to get my period. I don't remember having this with my first 2 pregnancies (until I started miscarrying). It's freaking me out. I know its still super early. But is this normal??? It's making my brain go into overdrive and sending it thinking about my other two pregnancies that ended in miscarriages Any one else experience this?? it just doesn't go away, only sometimes then seems to cme back. No bleeding thank god. I am also on progesterone vaginally which can cause some of this? Thanks for your input!!!
