BRU registry question

We received a car seat from our registry. It came in its own box (from the manufacturer) with the shipping label slapped on the box. Nowhere on the label does it say who bought the car seat, nor is there a packing slip in the box (which we figured because the box looked like it had never been opened) 

Has anybody else come across this issue? How are we supposed to know who thank, LOL?!
