XP Lap and Adhesion ?

Hi! I'm popping over from SAIF to ask a question to those of you who have had laps ... I'm scheduled to have my third lap for endo done next month. The first lap I had done about 2.5 years ago showed Stage II endo and some cysts. The second one I had done (6 mo post partum) showed it was back with additional adhesions that were causing my left tube to be stuck to the side of my pelvis. I am wondering if I am making the adhesions worse/causing more adhesions by having surgery after surgery. I am thinking about asking my doc if he thinks I should maybe skip the surgery, just do a HSG to make sure my tubes are clear and then go straight to IUI again. What do you think?
