Trying not to freak out

I am 11 weeks 3 days. Last week I heard a heartbeat and have seen it a few times in u/s. I spotted at 6 weeks and it was brown, but this morning I am spotting again and it is pink/red. I am a little crampy but i think it is because I am constipated...It is not heavy as of this minute, but I am already a nervous wreck. I haven't had sex or done anything strenuous. I guess I will just sit tight, but I needed some support... I wish being pregnant was easier... I hate being worried about everything!
