Any triad moms workout at battleground park?

I am a new mom, my son will be a month old on the 4th. Before I had him I used to see a group of moms at the park working out, not sure if its stroller strides or something else? Anyways I am looking to loose this baby weight so am in search of a good work out plan/group.
