Adding a MOTN feeding?

So, recently I have begun trying to increase my supply by feeding more often, after LO gained a little less than desired at his 4 month appt.  My supply seems to be back up, so that is good.  What is not is that he seems to have added a feeding about 1 1/2 hours after he goes down....so back to waking 3 times a night!  I try giving him his paci and just putting him back down, but alot of the time I end up having to feed him to go back to sleep.  Any thoughts?  Similar experiences?  No real point, as I'm sure I will just keep feeding him.
