holy hemorrhoids... need advice (TMI)

I'm not one to get hemorrhoids. I only remember having them after DS was born from all the pushing, and they were the grossest part about recovery, IMO. 

I noticed this morning that I have them. Like, the protruding ones. I haven't had bloody or painful bowel movements but I was constipated roughly a week or so ago. I didn't notice them then. I've only noticed that I've felt something strange for the last couple of days.

What can I do to get rid of these? Should I call my doctor to see what medication I can put on them or do any of you ladies happen to know what's safe to use?
