Contractions vs Constipation.. please help!

For the past 2 weeks I have been having what I believe to be contractions when when I need to pass a bowel movement.. I also have been going a lot after almost every meal..  I am due in 3 days and getting very anxious..  Am I feeling correctly? Anyone else ever feel this way? Is it close to what real contractions feel like??

 I have had everyone I come across in the last 3 months tell me "oh you are not going to make it to your due date" ya hear that enough times you start to believe it.. I am getting very very "over" being pregnant..
