Recommend your SUV!

I have a pretty small car (Mazda 3) and we're thinking of trading it in for an SUV sometime before #2 makes its appearance. Can anyone recommend theirs?

We want something with 4WD, spacious (optional 3rd row of seating would be nice but not a must), and get decent enough gas mileage. I had been thinking the Honda Pilot looked nice...

Thoughts or suggestions welcome!
