sore nipples?

Hi ladies. I am hoping I can get some advice here as the ttgp board wasnt much help. This is my first cycle ttc and I am experiencing some really sore nipples. I am assuming its from ovulation. I figure you lovely ladies would have some remedies. Thanks so much!
