Cleaning pump parts at work

I'm probably going to try pumping twice a day at work.  I'm a little hesitant to wash my pump parts at the community sink though.  Has anyone faced this?  Do the wipes that they sell really do a good enough job sterilizing the parts?  If so, I could just use those in my office.  Thanks!
