Can't breathe- whine

Little man has started dropping down to where I can breathe but then when I eat a meal I don't have enough room and I can't breathe again.  I know it's because I ate too much but what is now considered "too much" is like 1/3rd of what I would normally eat.  Sometimes I forget because I get so hungry.  Miserable, uncomfortable, painful, can't breathe.   Yeah note to self; no more meals, snack size only!   Just needed to whine.
