Those with Symphysis pubis dysfunction

I think I may have this! What were your symptoms and how was it diagnosed? How do you relieve the pain.  The other day I was walking and was so uncomfortable I had to keep stopping. For me it may be a combination of this and RLP. Ahh does it get better?
