Constant pressure

January 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I am 30 weeks and just this week have started feeling this constant pressure down low/below my belly. It's the worst at night when I'm lying on my side. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm a FTM so I have no idea if this is normal.
