Internal exam, she felt hair?!?!

My doc did an internal exam I am close to three cm. She asked if my other babies had hair, I said yes, all of them. She said she thinks this one will too because she could feel his hair. Seems odd, that is cool if she can feel hair, but I have never heard of that before. Googling I have come up with one story thus far of someone else's doc telling them that. Hard to find the right word combo to search. Anyone else told this with previous pregnancies, and was it right?

ETA: Tried cervical check rather than internal exam, and I have quite a few stories of doctors telling people that. Kind of cool, so far none of the threads has someone said if the doctor was right
