Manual Pumps

Would it be alright to have two manual breast pumps rather than one double electric breast pump?

FTM so I'm trying to figure things out. Really wanting to breastfeed.

Cost wise I'm thinking two manual breast pumps is the way to go. Do they practically do the same job as an electric pump or is it on a completely different level?

My insurance won't pay for a breast pump so I'm looking at different options.

I guess I really need to understand the difference between manual and electric. Thanks ladies!
