drying up...?

I haven't written a post on here since I was pregnant... But I have no one else to ask cuz I don't want anyone else knowing.... But my question is, does anyone know if or how your milk changes when you stop breastfeeding? My son is 16 1/2 months and stopped nursing at about 15 months.the other day I noticed my milk had changed from white to a creamy yellow color, which I know can be normal, but then yesterday I noticed its kind of sticky and I don't remember it being sticky before. I've done some research on colostrum and it sort of fits the description but I'm hoping I'm not pregnant again. I'm on birth control but I guess I'm just paranoid. I'm not ready for another baby yet. Sorry this is so long, any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
