Baby B has no heartbeat.

I had some bleeding over the weekend my birthday weekend at that so we went to the OB yesterday for an ultrasound. At first the tech did an abdominal, we saw Baby A measuring right on schedule with a great HB. Baby B had shifted below so we had to switch to transvaginal. The tech just silently took the measurements and I guess was looking for the heartbeat. I knew something was wrong because she commented so much on the first, and said absolutely nothing on the second. So, afterwards my OB comes in to tell us the bad news. My heart just dropped. I'm so f'ing tired of getting good news and having it taken away. And then on the other hand I have a baby thriving inside me, so I have two completely opposite feelings going on. TIA for 'listening'.
