I cannot stop throwing up

I have been throwing up since the very beginning.  Seriously, I was nauseous with stims, threw up the night of the et (probably just nerves) and then 3 days after et I started throwing up constantly.  The dr. has me on 2 medications to try to control it.  One is a suppository which also makes me constipated so I have to take a day off from using it.  Today was the day and I must have thrown up 10 times easily.  I consider it a good day if I only throw up 3 times.  I have lost about 10% of my body weight since this began.  I am getting concerned that this is affecting the baby.  Maybe this is the reason it is measuring a week too small.  I have tried everything to make it stop.  And of course on the days where I am not throwing up I worry something is wrong so there is no pleasing me.  Is anyone else going through this?
