Pregnant after IF

Anyone with abnormal killer cells/intralipid infusion?

We had the immunology blood testing done at the request of a fertility and immunology specialist (who happens to be a cousin of mine). My RE says he doesn't "buy into" the immunology stuff, but he trusts my cousin and allowed us to explore the options.  We've only had one chemical and one early loss (that they are calling ectopic), but I have no other real risk factors. Our doctor has been very confident that we will have success with IVF, as I have PCOS but no other problems or concerns.

My blood work came back with abnormal killer cell activity. My specialist cousin is recommending we do intralipid infusion before our next frozen transfer and then again after 4 weeks if we get a positive beta.

Just curious if anyone else has had any experience. It seems the information out there about NK cells is very mixed, but that there's no real risk to doing the intralipids.
