FTM Pump Advise Needed

I am so lost on which pump to get I have three options, cost is fully covered for each by insurance I pay a lot for so might as well get as much use out of it as possible.  I plan to use breastmilk only if possible, but BF and bottle feed, so my FI can partake also.  And I will be going back to work full time somewhere between 6-10 wks, so I will need to pump at work.  I am the office administrator for a small collision repair shop and am the only female with two male co-workers.  We have a limited amount of space and the office is very busy.  So I will need to choose a pump that has the ability to be efficient and as discreet as possible. (if that is possible)  Here are my three options:
