Third hand smoke

Okay! So I am the ultimate spazz when it comes to making sure I take ever precaution when it comes to protecting my baby from SIDS once he gets here. It just scares the crap out of me. I just recently washed all of his clothes, bedding, everything and was finally relieved that everything was taken care of.
Today I came home to DH smoking in the house!!!!! He had the window open, which I know doesnt make any difference. I immediately freaked out cause LOs clothes are right in the hall closet near where he was smoking! We HAD a smoke free home til today, he never smokes inside and never will again, thats for sure. But I recently read that third hand smoke cigarette particles left over in clothing,furniture,carpet, etc is also a sids risk. I cannot help but worry now. I am so heavy, and uncomfortable rewashing and putting EVERYTHING away again will literally take a ridiculous toll on me.
Do you think this is something I need to do just for LOs safety from the third hand smoke?
Or am I just wayyyy too paranoid right now?
