Milk Donation

Does anyone know of a milk bank that will take donated milk that is frozen in regular milk storage bags as I know some places will only take it if it is stored a certain way. A friend of mine has a ton frozen but just found out that her little guy has a dairy and gluten sensitivity so she is unable to use any of it. She was hoping to donate it to a place that uses it for preemies as her little gut was a preemie too.
