So I have a horrendous head cold which sucks. Been surviving on cough drops, saline spray, and some zicam. At any rate, the extra drainage has made me extra gaggy. So this morning I tossed my cookies at work. It was about 30 minutes after I took my prenatal. So I'm thinking I need to try and retake it tonight with dinner? What's the time limit to know your body absorbed it? Thanks...sorry this is whiny but well...I feel like crap.
