Am I worrying over nothing?

I'm 12 weeks today, and still not really showing.  Some of my pants I'm wearing unbuttoned already, but no one can really tell.  Its my first and I've read that it takes longer to show.  But then I read a post where a lady wasn't showing, went to the doctor, and the baby had stopped growing.  They lost the baby.  So now I'm kinda worried that my baby isn't growing because I'm not showing.  Is this crazy?  I have my 2nd doctor's appt. in 2 weeks so hopefully they will find that all is well.
