During my last pregnancy someone posted this website on "ideal" weight gain in pregnancy. It has a minimum, maximum and normal weight gain categories. I felt it helped me keep in perspective where my weight was supposed to end up if nothing else since it can be daunting to see those numbers growing. Maybe it will help others too...
