Baby Aspirin and 3rd Trimester

For those of you who are taking baby aspirin for clotting issues, are you going to continue to take it through out your whole pregnancy, or are you going to stop close to the end? I'm taking it for my MTHFR, and I'm scared to death to stop taking it because everything is going so well. At the same time, I don't want there to be complications during labor because of it...

Also, after taking my GD test this week, I found out I'm anemic. I was wondering if the baby aspirin has anything to do with that.
