Food poisoning - supply tanked!

On Wednesday I had food poisoning all day and was super dehydrated. Yesterday I could tell DD was not getting a lot of milk (no gulping, kicking and fussing while eating). I didn't want to supplement from my stash so I fed her every hour, drank as much water as I could and ate what little I could since my stomach was still not feeling great. I didn't pump since I was so weak and she was latching on every hour. Please tell me my supply will bounce back!!!!!!
