Extended BFing and pumping.

Has anyone pumped passed a year? DS is only 10 months but I am trying to figure out how long I will be renting my pump.

So do I just keep pumping and sending EBM to daycare for him to drink? Or do I switch him over to WCM and then just nurse when we are home? He still drinks 16 oz. at DC now and I just can't imagine he will drop that many in two months. He still nurses constantly in the morning and evenings and a couple times through out the night.

I am having a hard time finding information on why he needs WCM after a year. Links would be appreciated. TIA.
