IUI and Low AMH

Hello! 

I'm jumping over from SAIF to ask if any of you have had success doing IUI with MFI and DOR?  I know everyone is different, but if you have had success what kind of meds were you on?     

I recently got my CD 3 bloodwork back showing that my AMH is .68.  This is obviously too low.  My RE said we will need to be more agressive this time around but IVF is not an option for us as we just can't afford it.
