Good morning ladies.

MH and I had our second IUI on Wednesday morning. I triggered Monday night and the IUI was approx. 36 hours later. My RE instructed us to abstain that night, but to have sex last night. This cycle really took a toll on me though. After 8 days of injects and 4 ultrasounds, I feel so bruised. There was no way that I could have had sex last night.

Now I am worried that we may have made a huge mistake. Although I figured, if trigger takes approx 36 hours and the egg can live up to 24 hours, we would have been outside of that window last night anyways.

Did any of you get pregnant with your IUI alone? I am sorry if this is dumb, I am just now feeling down about not giving it that extra shot. TIA!
