When are you going to start looking?

I wasn't planning on doing it yet, but one of the few friends who knows texted me this morning asking if we'd started yet. He said they fill up pretty early here. I emailed one he knows people use and like, but haven't heard back.

I'm also unsure about a center vs home vs nanny. How do people decide?!
