Renting a pump

Hi Ladies!   I am starting the relactation process.  I currently have a dual electric Evenflo pump...which is okay.  It's got really good suction...I can only turn it up halfway because anymore than that feels like my nips are being ripped off. 

However, I think the flange size is too small and I have been unable to find any info on replacement flanges for this pump.

I'm going to see about renting one from the hospital, but I was unsure of which department to call.    Have any of you ladies rented a pump from your hospital?  Who did you call?? 

Also...I've asked a few times on my home board, but I haven't gotten any responses.  I have heard the Medela Harmony is a beast of a pump even though it's manual.  I've been told a lot of people got more milk from that than the PISA.  Would it be plausible to reach my relactation goal with a hand pump at all?
