another pre-AF question

I'm 8.5 months postpartum and menstruation hasn't returned yet. The past couple of days my supply has tanked and I have other symptoms that might indicate my period is returning.

My question is this: How much does your supply decrease with your hormone changes of your period?

I usually pump 12-15 ounces a day but I've dropped to 3-4 ounces total. (I'm still breastfeeding the same number of times and nothing else has changed)
